Meet your Host - Ian Kerr

Ian Kerr of 9 Karapiro Road - known as The Lettuce Man - is a well known identity in Cambridge, often seen at the local Farmer's Market each Saturday on the Town Square selling his fresh hydroponically grown salad vegetables.

Ian and his family purchased the land at 9 Karapiro Road in 2006, recognising it as a great place to build his hydroponic business on and developing a self-contained group accommodation and training facility.

Ian is no stranger to hosting groups - having previously owned a property in Fiji - and he's a fabulous chef too!
